April Fools!!! 100 day challenge! list of challengers added to post #1

Last night i had a mother/son dance and the restuarant was buffet style. I stuck with the chicken marsala, veggies and ceasar salad which already had the dressing on it. I know it was not great but they had no fish and 2 pastas, so I only ate the cherry off the sundae : ) Surprised myself there. (oh and i danced or course : )

Today was good.

I go a little off track. My DH's grandmother died so we had to travel for a funeral. I did only missed one day of exercise but was horrible with water. Home today and hopefully back on track.

Count me in -

My challenge is:

To stay on track everyday (i can go over a little in calories as it averages for the week)- but no going off track and saying what the heck and not tracking my calories. I will guestimate and move on. By doing this, I should be able to focus, have days where I eat a little more, but still stay on track and not go hog wild.

Hi everyone,

Doing good here -- keep on with the 64 ounces of water daily, have not missed a day yet. I ran 3 days last week, another goal met. Also I am running a little bit farther each time as well as increasing my time runing by 2 to 3 minutes each time also.

Hang in there all, we can do this. It is a habit now, right?

:goodvibes

So far, so good for me. I skipped two workouts last week (both jump roping) but I did do all my miles (running and walking) and got in all my water, so I count last week as a gold star.

Hey all! I've been on plan all 6 days so far, and looking good for today. Last night I went to Subway which is fast food, but I opted for a healthy turkey option and chose light options and all the veggies, so I consider it to be okay.

My working out has been better than ever. I've been going to bed on time, too, so I am feeling fantastic!

We can do this for 100 days!! (I'm on day 15, of exercising daily and no fast food, but I restarted my count for this. They say 21 days is a habit, so it's not far away!!!)

Keep it up! Happy Monday, it's a great day to restart your resolution!

Smiles and hugs to all of you,
Ashley

missed a couple of posting days but i've been sticking to my challenge. I've had dried apricots, strawberries, apple, and banana.

Ok, as soon as I posted to join this challenge life started happening and I haven't walked since that day!! So I am starting over today! Still plan to walk 30 minutes every day! Hopefully I won't have another week like the last one and can keep it up!

Hi

I am staying on target with water, exercising, and running.

I leave the house every morning with the water bottle and am really keeping track of the ounces. It helps, no guessing then!

Count me in too, I want to do 2 things, eat less sweets, and drink more water. Easy, right?? HAHA I hope so!! I'll keep ya posted!

Good and bad. I was down 4 pounds this morning but then by lunch i ruined it and had a bad afternoon. UGH went over my ww points today. Tomorrow back to the plan plus treadmill...a must!

Everyone is going strong....keep it up..its definitely a motivator or else i dont think i would have even made it to this week.

I understand about life getting in the way! I was so close on Friday and then a few things happened and I went way over my points ~ compliments of the fish fry we went too... what WAS I thinking?:headache: How was day 1 yesterday?

Hi

I am staying on target with water, exercising, and running.

Just like I said above, you are doing great, and surely an inspiration to us!

Count me in too, I want to do 2 things, eat less sweets, and drink more water. Easy, right?? HAHA I hope so!! I'll keep ya posted!

WELCOME!!!! :yay: You can so do it!:thumbsup2

So glad this has been a motivator for you. I love how you made the resolve to just get back on track right away. No falling off the wagon for you!:goodvibes

Hey guys,

I briefly mentioned it above, but I was doing pretty good, and then fell apart again. :guilty: Friday I went way over on points so I knew I had to start over. On Saturday I went to work and I hate "starting" on Saturdays so I was planning on starting on Monday. Well I had a shocker at work Saturday morning. And that changed everything for me.... it was "that one thing" that people always talk about that sparked their weight loss.

So I said enough is enough and got to business. Have been on plan ever since!:thumbsup2

So I have 3 days down and I am so happy about it!:goodvibes

Well, Friday didn't work for me either. The plan was walking my sister's treadmill, but a car decided to crash into a light post 5 min after I arrived to watch the kids, knocking out the lights. With 4 kids then in my care, no exercise was happening in that darkness. I walked lots extra the next day though plus yard work and walking on Sunday and walking the zoo yesterday. So I'm 6/7 on the challenge and feeling pretty good about the way things re going so far.

Did well yesterday, walked while dd was taking dance class. Today I will walk and she'll ride her bike along with me. It gives us time together.

Hi everyone!

Staying on track here, another day down with water, exercise, and wathing the diet, (though I do not do WW or count specifically, I guestimate and have basically halved most of what would have been my portions previously.

Hang in there all!!

I've been doing well. I did get in my 4 days of workouts last week. This week so far I have one, but I plan to get them all in. I was down 3.4 pounds this week, so I'm moving in the right direction toward my weight goal.

I journaled everyday except yesterday. I just got too busy and didn't get to my computer yesterday. I did however post to my journal first thing this morning with everything I ate yesterday. So, I am not counting yesterday as a missed day. My mission with the journal was to track everything I eat in an effort to keep it reined in a bit. I think I still accomplished that by posting this morning.

Everyone sounds like they are really making a big effort at this! I'm proud of us all! Even those who slipped have gotten up to start again :cheer2:

Have a Wonderful week everyone!!

why is the water so hard?? You'd think it would be the exercise! I've only missed one day on the treadmill since March 15 but just can't get the water in. Uggh.

I only had 30 oz of water yesterday. Did have 2 glasses of wine though, does that count?? :rolleyes1

Hi disneyfam! Can you do my exercise and I will drink your water? I am total opposite.
