April Fools!!! 100 day challenge! list of challengers added to post #1

I'm a little late but I would like to join too!

My goal is exercise for 60 min 5 days a week!
 
I am having an ok week so far. I have got in my water the last two days (my week starts Monday) and I have already drank 8 of my ten cups for today. I got to pilates Monday morning, but I have been so tired the last two morning I have bailed on my weigh lifting class and todays pilates. 4 am comes way to fast! I ran Monday and I plan on running after work, and I got in my 5 miles of walking yesterday, so not too bad. Next week I plan to be perfect!
 
Hi all!

I'm doing good with my calorie counting. No splurging or going crazy yet! But I need to get back into the groove of exercising. I'm only down for one this week and I want 5. One step at a time right?

Hello challenge members!

I am doing good here. Another day with water, exercise and tomorrow is a running day.

As far as my weight goes, I am down another 2 pounds over last week.

Good morning all! I think that I'm going to adjust my goal just a little. I'm finding that I need a day "off" once a week or so. So, I am adjusting my goal to 30 min of cardio and 10 of strength 6 days a week. I've been adding some jogging for the first time in my life and that day of rest once a week has really helped in building that new effort.

Glad to see that everyone is doing so well! Way to go on the loss Princess Vija!

Hello 100 day challengers. You are all doing great.

I got back from vacation monday, and the past 2 days, have been eating like a pig. I really need to buckle down and would love to join you for this challenge and have more accountability. I set my alarm this morning to get up and to a WATP video, but didn't get up, so tonight, I'm going to do it after supper, or go for a bike ride with my son.

For this challenge, my goals are to journal everything I eat, and to exercise for 30 minutes or more 6 days per week.

Thanks Vija for starting this. I remember doing a 100 day challenge about 2 years ago when I first found wish, and it was really helpful. Congratulations on 4 pounds!! That is awesome.

Congrats to everyone here for making their challenges and going for it. :cool1: We can do this!!!
 
Walked my 30 min last night with dd, and actually got up early this morning and walked about 10 min! :banana:

Exercising in the pm seems to help me sleep sounder at night and makes it easier to get up in the am. Works for dd too. We were actually early getting to work/school this morning. Plan to walk again this afternoon for another 30

Those of you who are trying to get in a certain amount of water every day: how much water is someone supposed to dring every day? I keep hearing different amounts.
 
tmfranlk, I know what you mean about needing that day off! I remember hearing on the BL tv show that they allow the contestants a "cheat meal" the day after WI. I kind of like that, and I am incorporating that into my plan. Good for you to see what you need and alter your plan accordingly.

Those of you who are trying to get in a certain amount of water every day: how much water is someone supposed to dring every day? I keep hearing different amounts.

It is recommended that we drink 64 ounces of water a day. I get a water bottle that is 32 ounces and put my water in there, filling it up twice in the course of the day. It works. I was not really drinking enough before I started measuring and keeping track.

I am staying on track and have not missed any water, exercise or watching what I eat. Today was another running day and I really felt fantastic.

I wrote every thing down that I ate yesterday, and went and played soccer with my son yesterday, so I'm feeling on track. I did a 60 min watp tape this morning, so I'm starting my day right. One day down, 99 to go!!

AWESOME Vija! Good for you!

I started doing WW on my own because I am heading to Disney on Tuesday. When i come back I am planning on joining with a friend so i have someone accountable for my weigh ins. ;)
 
been sticking with my challenge although I missed 1 day due to the fact we didn't have any fruit left LOL

Tomorrow I leave for Disney so next week i plan on being right on track. I am changing my challenge during my trip. During the week instead of sticking to my WW plan i will drink minimum 64 oz of water each day and try really hard to get up each morning for walk while everyone else is sleeping. Hope everyone has a good week!
