Tomorrow I plan on starting a 100 day challenge. We used to do this on WISH quite a bit in the past, and I think it is time to start it up again!

here's how it works...

For the next 100 days choose your own challenge and stick to it for 100 days!

Post your challenge here. It is your own personal challenge. Mine is going to be to stay within my alloted WW points.

It can be an exercise challenge, food challenge, water challenge, etc... Anything that you want to challenge yourself to.

the 100 days are going to go by one way or another, so lets be healthier together at the end of 100 days!:woohoo:

luvsJack - walk at least 30 minutes every day
dizkids - stick to WW plan
disneyfam - drink more water daily (shooting for 60oz) and stay with daily walks

I will join you! My challenge is to walk for at least 30 minutes every day. I have already started and want to get up to 2 miles a day. Its amazing how many excuses can come up to keep me from walking, though! This challenge is just what I need to keep me motivated.

My challenge is to drink more water daily (shooting for 60oz) and stay with my daily walks. I've already started there. I've been walking (or running) on the TM every day since March 15!

I want in on this one too. My goal is to exercise for 30 minutes everyday. So often I'm vegging in front of the tv... between the elliptical, or walking, or the millions of exercise tapes I have I shouldn't get bored! Thanks so much for starting this- challenging myself is just what I need to do!

mine will be to get 30 minutes of exercise each day.
My plan for this is MWF walk or walk/jog, Tu/Th/Sa Curves, and some form of fun exercise on Sunday (walk to the park with the kids for example.)

I'm in too, but can someone smarter than me tell what date 100 days is? My personal goals are set by a date not an amount of days. I am planning my first 5k on labor day so I think that is plus or minus the same time. I am thinking running 3 times a week (barring injury) will be my goal, but I will think about it.

Ok, I'm defiinitely in also :cheer2: But I'm gonna have to give some thought to my challenge.

I think this 100 days will be perfect too, because DH and I have decided to start trying to get pregnant in July :yay: I really want to lose a MINIMUM of 15 pounds by then, but I'm gonna have to really be on track to get there!

I'm in. Sounds like just the boost I need to get me out of my slump! I'll think about my challenge goal tonight and post in the morning raring and ready to go.
