Tomorrow I plan on starting a 100 day challenge. We used to do this on WISH quite a bit in the past, and I think it is time to start it up again!
So, if you are interested come and join me!
here's how it works...
For the next 100 days choose your own challenge and stick to it for 100 days!
Post your challenge here. It is your own personal challenge. Mine is going to be to stay within my alloted WW points.
It can be an exercise challenge, food challenge, water challenge, etc... Anything that you want to challenge yourself to.
the 100 days are going to go by one way or another, so lets be healthier together at the end of 100 days!

PRINCESS VIJA - stay within alloted WW points
luvsJack - walk at least 30 minutes every day
dizkids - stick to WW plan
disneyfam - drink more water daily (shooting for 60oz) and stay with daily walks
DisTeacher07 - exercise for 30 minutes everyday
WDWorBUST - challenge to be announced....
mom2twinz3 - stick to 27 WW points and exercise every day
Geekerbell - get 30 minutes of exercise each day
Raenstoirm - running 3 times a week (thinking about it)
bailey2007 - walk for at least 20 minutes every day
lynnielou - a. drink 64 ounces of water daily.
b. continue on a running program for a goal of a "decent" 3 miles, meaning a good pace and/or time
c. weigh 125 pounds by 7/9, with an intermediate goal of 130 by 6/21/08, which is my 52nd B-Day.

thomasclan85 - walk on my treadmill and ride my stationary bike every day
