Today was a good day an hour on elliptical.(never could do that before!) and a 45 minute walk away the pounds fast 3 miles. Although it took 45 minutes how fast is that really:rotfl2:

But feeling good! Now weight start coming off!

45 min elliptical Thursday evening
30 min run Friday morning

I still can't decide between Lion King or Aladdin. My DD has tried rush for Aladdin, but no luck. She has already seen Newsies and wouldn't mind seeing it again, but I would like to see something she hasn't seen yet. I just don't know! Have you seen any Disney plays? Any suggestions? Dragged myself out and added to my total (walking) - so glad I did!:goodvibes 60/900

A bit lazy today but did 30 on eliptical and 45 minute walk(3 miles)

I may start keeping track of miles. I am considering a 5K. Never ever was a runner. Going to try some outside running this week.

A Hilly Half today - it took me slightly longer this time than my first, but the first was completely flat and THIS ONE WAS NOT! So I'm good with it. :goodvibes

java - I was walking for a while and decided to step it up a bit. Check out Jeff Galloways walking/running interval plans for some ideas on getting started slowly so as not to injure yourself. I just used 3 min run/ 1 min walk intervals to complete my half today, almost one year exactly from when I did my first 5K. You can do it!!!

Loved my rest day yesterday, felt much stronger during my workout today. Tried on some clothes and they fit just like before Christmas when I was about 7 pounds lighter than now, it is amazing how much you can change your body shape with exercise!

The weather is beautiful outside and I think I will add a nice long walk this afternoon! It is so much easier to be active when there is more light and the temperatures are warmer. I guess that is one of the reasons why people in California all seem to be so fit ;)
