335/1400 A Hilly Half today - it took me slightly longer this time than my first, but the first was completely flat and THIS ONE WAS NOT! So I'm good with it.

java - I was walking for a while and decided to step it up a bit. Check out Jeff Galloways walking/running interval plans for some ideas on getting started slowly so as not to injure yourself. I just used 3 min run/ 1 min walk intervals to complete my half today, almost one year exactly from when I did my first 5K. You can do it!!! Have a good week y'all
