April Exercise Challenge-We're Not "Fool"in!!

Tomorrow will be a big day...90 minute work-out scheduled. An hour run plus 30 minutes of strength training.
 
2 hours in the garden today, clearing out, hauling and spreading mulch, the first plantings of the year. That takes me to 430 out of 950 for this month and 2865/12000 for the year.

The garden work is really going to catch me up for my yearly goal.

It's just amazing. When I find an "excuse" not to exercise for just ONE day, it becomes two, then three, then four. Grrrr.

So, tonight was enough of that!

60 min step today.

It was a very rainy week end here so I didn't get my walk in!!!
