April Exercise Challenge-We're Not "Fool"in!!

66 total minutes for me today, 35 on the tm with c25k, w7w3, and the rest on strength training and exercising. The distance for me was 2.5 miles.

Here's adding another 4.83 to my current 9.5 for a total of:

14.33/120 (I think. Feel free to check my math if you doubt me!)

It feels like slow going, but at least I'm going!!! Today's run was actually quite great thinking about posting back to all of you!!.

I'll be posting again soon as I am heading out this afternoon on this week's long run!!

I haven't been good about posting this week another 160 minutes at the gym this week and 90 minutes in the garden. That takes me to 310 out of 950 for this month and 2745/12000 for the year.

60 minutes for me today, 20 on stationary bike and 40 minutes for strength/exercising.

Hello everyone. I did 45 min. on the air glider today. That makes 165/900. I'm so glad I found this thread. I have definitely been pushing myself to meet my goal. Good luck to all of you. Marie
 
The weekends are tough, but I did seem to find some time on the treadmill, as of today I'm at 180/900.
 
Split my LR between 2 days. Please add another 15.05 for this weekend.

This puts me at 29.38/120
