Okay... I need to catch up a bit.

Sunday I did 50 minutes, Monday I skipped, Tuesday I did 55 minute. I am up to

It's been a good exercise week for me! It's much easier to stay on track once I get on track so that's my plan for the rest of April! :teeth:

I tried on a couple of new outfits that I purchased for our upcoming cruise. Both fit very well. :cool1:

4/25 Treadmill 71 minutes

I've had a very busy couple of days! I'm feeling really good about what I have done this month, and I'm not done yet! My goal now is to keep up the pace I have sey for myself because I really like the way it makes me feel. :teeth:

I took a 30 minute walk while on a break at school. I am at 1244/500. I hope to increase that number before the end of the day................P
