April Exercise Challenge..April totals pg 27 # 400!

I've been slacking when it comes to updating my totals....but after today and an assortment of other days this week, I'm at 210/1000! Yay me!

I got another 30 minutes in today. That puts me at 380/1000. Slowly, I am getting there! :thumbsup2
 

I did 10 min of upper body weight and 45 min on the bike. My total for the month is 145/750.
 
I got 90 minutes this weekend so I am at 510/1500

Basically, you pick a goal of minutes you want to work out for the month of April. Each day, you "check in" with how many minutes you work out and update this into your signature. Thanks Disneygoof for explaining. I haven't been on all weekend. Yesterday was 11 hours shopping with DD - counting 2, but we walked for all but about 3 of those. Today was a 41 min walk with DH + another 30 with DD. MY feet HURT!!

I'm back in the land of the living, but have lost a lot of time. I walked 15 minutes on Friday before the cold drove me indoors, and 54 minutes today. I've got some catching up to do iff I'm going to meet my goal!

Friday was 30 minutes of walking. Saturday 20 minutes of badminton. Today 90 more minutes of badminton.

New total 344/1100! :yay:
 
I'm at 205/1000 for today. LOts more this week.
 
45 minutes for me today! So that would be 45 minutes so far for April! :rolleyes1 Oh well, I just challenged my DH to a weight-loss contest for the next 8 weeks, when we go away for our anniversary! I also started a walking program today so things should be picking up for me here.
 
I did a one-mile walk, and then the Basic Boot Camp DVD again (I strongly dislike that thing :rotfl2: ). I got 70 minutes total today--that puts me at 450/1000.
