Basically, you pick a goal of minutes you want to work out for the month of April. Each day, you "check in" with how many minutes you work out and update this into your signature. Oh well, I just challenged my DH to a weight-loss contest for the next 8 weeks, when we go away for our anniversary! I also started a walking program today so things should be picking up for me here.
