April Exercise Challenge..April totals pg 27 # 400!

I got 136 minutes today

45 minute walk at lunch
20 minutes throughout the day
10 minutes crunches
61 minute walk/jog tonight

My total is: 761/1500
 
With the kids basketball, track, softball, and baseball I was happy to get the 20 minute power walk I managed to squeeze in.
 

30 mins climbing stairs plus 35 mins stairmachine today. :hippie:

Phew! Finally got back to the gym! I don't even want to tell you how long it's been... I'm now at 210/1000
 
I did a mile walk and my exercise DVD. It was 40 minutes total today--that puts me at 520/1000. . .I'm halfway there!

Keep up the hard work everyone! It's inspiring! :cheer2:
 
Julie - I'm at 330/750 after today's 45 min bike ride.
 
Got 40 min in on the TM. Puts me at 340/1100 :crazy:
 
Please add 35 mintues for me. 20 minute run. 15 minutes weights.

Lot to add here! Please add 195 minutes. I'm now over halfway. 515/1,000.

Kids are on spring break, we drove to Mammoth Cave, about a 4 hr drive for us, and did an hour of hiking, then an hour of horse back riding yesterday, then this morning I went to the gym for a 75 minute workout. :sunny:
 
I did 60 minutes of walking outside this afternoon with my daughter. We did not get to do our long walk but at least I got to walk today. :)

That brings my total to 480/500 :cool1:

My daughter has a 4 day weekend so I hope to do a lot of walking this weekend if the weather behaves!!!!
