April Exercise Challenge..April totals pg 27 # 400!

Got a 35 minute run in last night. First time I've run that long, consecutively.
 
51 mins run/walk plus 15 mins climbing stairs for a total of 66 mins today. :hippie:
 
I didn't get to the gym today because I stayed home sick to nurse my DH (plus I didn't get home from the ER until 4:30 AM this morning!). The gym is at my work so my DH advised me it wouldn't look good to go to the gym after calling out sick! :rotfl2: SOOOOO, I did 60 minutes of Tae Bo Ultimate Boot Camp :cool1: For anyone that has not done it, I suggest it - it's a TOUGH workout! :goofy: Total's now 740/2500! Gonna be tough, but I know I can do it!

I have 375 so far. I really need to get myself in gear.

I did 290 minutes this week. That puts me at 555/1100! Just over halfway!

I am at 625. I got a 40 minute walk in at lunch yesterday, 20 minutes of various aerobic activity throughout the day then a 45 min walk and 10 minutes of crunches.
 
Hi, Julie! I am sorry I haven't been here yet this month. Is it too late to join your challenge? I am training for the Women Run the World 15K and really have to get motivated and back into an exercise routine. So, I am going to commit to 1100 minutes.
So far, I have 405/1100.
4/1 -- 1 hour wogging around OKW jogging trail and nature trail to and from SSR (3 miles plus a lot unmeasured) = 60 minutes
+ 13 hours walking in EPCOT probably netted me 4 hours walking (conservative) -- 240 minutes
4/2 -- 4 hours walking at AK and DTD and my resort, netting me probably 60 minutes "exercise" (conservative)
4/9 -- 20 minutes treadmill; 25 minutes bike (including hill training)=45 minutes

Total 405.

April 9 - skipped
April 10 - Jazzercise 60 min
April 11 - Treadmill 65 min, circuit 30 min, cross trainer 16 min

Bringing my total to: 711 / 1800
 
I am at 93/450 this month. I have not been as dedicated as I should be...I introduced my three kids to "walk away the pounds" last night and they loved it so they are going to be nagging me every night to do it. I thought that might be good motivation....

I did 60 minutes this afternoon and that brings my total to 420/500 :cheer2:

Between seeing all of you post and having my daughter walk with me each night that is helping me to keep going. I have lost 7 pounds in one week and have not weighed at the gym for this week yet so am hoping all this walking is doing the job. :sunny:

I am hoping the rain holds off so I can go for my LONG walk this evening.

I did 30 minutes today--I managed 2 15 minute miles (not sure how that happened! :rotfl2: ) That puts me at 480/1000. . .almost halfway! :cool1:
 
I'm at 180 as of tonight. By Thursday morning I'll be at 300. I just hope I remember to come and check in before leaving for vacation!
