)On a more serious note, please be careful with the incline on the treadmill. That is how I permanently damaged my knee.
So, how is everyone else doing? Hoping you are all moving steadily toward your goals!

and keeping up with my workouts. I know I'll get a lot of walking in at the parks, but I'll also give in to the ice cream on Main Street and the cupcakes at Starring Rolls!
I usually eat pretty healthy otherwise while there. Well, I'll just have to work harder when we get back.
It's only 5 days this trip, so that helps.
