On a more serious note, please be careful with the incline on the treadmill. That is how I permanently damaged my knee. :sad1:

And even better is that I have dropped back into the 150s again! I just have to keep going down. The desire to not have to buy new shorts for my cruise is also helping to motivate me!

Should get in 45 minutes of walking tonight during soccer practice as well! I need to drink my water and have my tea now!

I'm a little concerned about leaving for Disney in 6 days (:dance3:) and keeping up with my workouts. I know I'll get a lot of walking in at the parks, but I'll also give in to the ice cream on Main Street and the cupcakes at Starring Rolls!:rolleyes1 I usually eat pretty healthy otherwise while there. Well, I'll just have to work harder when we get back.:scared: It's only 5 days this trip, so that helps.

Just did 60 minutes of mountain biking, very bumpy, think I need a new seat. Brings me up to 620/1200!!! Planning on some DDR later tonight :cool1:

I'd say yes on the activity minutes! Disney Dancing....Zumba...I see the connection! ;)

Thanks for the heads up! :thumbsup2 I've been worried about shin splints, I didn't think about my knees.

Okay, so it's 5:34 AM and I have been up since 1:30! I have a hair cut at 11:00 and have tons to do before our trip. Can't do anything until DH gets up since our laundry room is on the 2nd floor next to our bedroom. Needless to say, i won't be working out this morning, so hopefully I'll feel up to it later on today. Good luck to everyone else for safe and effective exercising!

Another 30 minutes on the recumbent bike last night! My foot feels great unless I stand on it for too long or bend it certain ways, so I'm playing safe and not hitting the treadmill just yet.

One full hour on the Wii fit tonight! Felt great, I did the free step, 6 minutes of Hula Hoop, 10 minutes of boxing and more.

Not sure when I will get in the exercise tomorrow. I may go out for a walk at 6. My neighbor can't go so it looks like I will go alone. I will definitely do it in the afternoon at some point.
