:sad2: :rolleyes1Guess I for sure did not want to miss out!! :lmao: I promis e not to put myself on again though.

It really is no issue. I will sort the spreadsheet in alphabetical order and that way I see duplicates straight away and just take them out.

I have you noted down for the booklet version to print.

Goodness, I never knew this. We had a lot more than that on the WBTA in 2010 and nobody said anything. We bought a couple of bottles of sparkling wine for Champagne Girls, 3 bottles of still wine, a gift set of different Madeira wines and a half bottle of Madeira. Most of this was drunk on the ship. I think we still had the half bottle of Madeira and half the gift set when we entered the USA and that was enjoyed at Bay Lake Tower.

Corinna I don't think this applies to you coming into the US, it applies to US citizens bringing in alcohol from other countries.

Even when visiting the USA there are limits to the amount of alcohol, tobacco and perfume that I can bring in without being charged. However, I did not know the ship restricted how much you bring on board from a foreign port.

:wave2: Hello I knew I remembered your name from somewhere. Didn't I do the wonder 25 cast design (still one of my favs) for you? Anyways, welcome to your DD :goodvibes there is going to be plenty to do and plenty of people to meet. Me for one ,who is a few months short of being 25 will gladly be around the ship (and whose mother will greatly appreciate someone taking me off her hands :rotfl2:) but for now welcome :)

Awesome!!! Yes you did do the design for me...and they loved it! I just told my DD about you so she'll be getting on soon so you two can chat and "meet". Where in California are you from...she is Orange County/San Diego.

Page 1 Post 1 has some info but some of the activities are closed. There is a Fish Extender group for the late comers--hopefully someone will post the link, I could not find it just now. There should be extra lanyards so if she comes to the DIS GATHERING at 3 PM in Promenade Lounge (and brings her DH--we loved to meet CMs!!) on EMBARKATION DAY she can meet folks and should be able to get a lanyard!

Also of interest:

This would include all the activities so she can know where and when to get to open events and who to contact if she wants more information:

FE list for late comers :)

Anyone else having issues logging on? Since the updates?

I have been....and ended up on someone else's user name, not even close to mine?????????

I had a productive day today even though it did not go entirely as planned. I had made a nail appointment for this afternoon to get a Shellac manicure done, but the nail technician that I normally see was not in and the lady who was could not do the Shellac French Manicure that I wanted. Unfortunately I won't have time now to go back, but I know that they offer this on the Wonder now so I may just have it done there.

Today was also the seven months mark before our next vacation. I was hoping to move the first 4 nights to Beach Club Villas, but they had no studios available so I have gone for a Pool/ Garden View at Boardwalk Villas instead. After 4 nights we move to our home resort Old Key West.

I also finally got around to finish the kits for the charm bracelet workshops. At the moment I have them all in one ziploc bag and I am wondering if I should divide them into the individual groups or just do this on the ship. At the moment I am leaning towards doing it on the ship. I still have the kits for the other workshops to do, but I only have a total of 8 people for those two workshops and this is not nearly as involved as the charm bracelets were.

I have a pretty intense day tomorrow and will most likely not be around. I see you all on Thursday.

Can't believe we are getting so close. I am still working on finishing up the scrapbooks. Hoping to have everything compiled and in boxes by Saturday and then I can start working on page by page instructions for the books.

Once I get everything into boxes, I think I will be able to see daylight in my living room, kitchen and dining room again.

Now, just to fit all the boxes and luggage into my car! That will be the trick.......

Help! I just called to re-confirm my car rental in Hawaii and the Budget rental I have for Honolulu, that had said they had a shuttle, does not operate a shuttle except from airport to where their cars are parked. So I would have to get my own transportation from ship to airport them to car lot and we have reservation at Aulani at 9:30 am. Now I need to find another car rental at a decent price...or at least find out how much cab would cost. There are 4 of us and a wheelchair so I am really not a happy camper right now!

Has anyone else done a rental car for there?

I think you're pretty limited to the amount you can carry:rotfl:

Yes I have been having the same problem. When I go to post on a thread, it asks me for my sign in info even though it said I was signed on as someone else. Very weird!

I rented thru Thrifty in all our ports and they claim to have a shuttle at each one.... Maybe I better call and confirm.... but it said the shuttle would automatically be dispatched to the port on days when ships were in.

We were thinking of leaving around 9am... also wanting to get to the port around opening time (or earlier!) :thumbsup2 They just need to know number of passengers and number of bags.
Airport to VGC is easy.. just walk outside from the luggage pick up and there is the Disneyland Express... no need for reservations... they go when they get a full van and there always seems to be a full van!! I believe it was $16per person.
Still trying to figure out how to get from ship to LAX when we get back. We have a 12:20pm flight which is too early for Disney transportation. :confused3 Probably get Super Shuttle or Primetime again,

Leslie, I think Mickey will put out the word that some way, some how, you arrive at the ship after everyone else has a chance at the shrimp FIRST.:rotfl2:
Only fair.:rotfl2:

We will arrive late the night before the cruise and stay at the airport.
We are taking the Disney transport from and to there. That's what we did for the westcoast cruise and it worked out pretty well.
We even had entertainment as the Disney transportation co-coordinator almost got into a fist fight with one from another cruiseline. :)

Have a car! After trying online and having sites get upset because I wanted to return car same day as I rented it :) I called Expedia for the first time....jingle kept playing in my head...got a very nice gentleman who worked behind the scenes because "form" wouldn't work for him either and got me a Dollar car rental :drive: with shuttle pick-up for $30 less than Kayak had booked me with Budget :banana: Phew one crisis adverted!

Hello all.....want to thank you all for your good wishes and advice for DW regarding the knee replacement. She will be making the arrangements next Tuesday so it will be relatively soon after our cruise. Thanks again!

Our next cruise is the one out of New York on September 12th....and we do not have to fly to get the ship--just a quick car ride.

Corinna, I submitted this (for the second time) because I'm not sure if I gave you my work e-mail address on the original go-around. Don't think I knew I was retiring back then! So it is the cox.net e-mail address for ibouncetoo!

Thanks

Jackie/Keakuki

Tedeschi winery is about 30 miles away. We're renting scooters (bringing our own helmets) and touring the island.

I remember seeing photos of a friend who did a high country winery (I've messaged her on facebook to find out which one) and also did some ATV rides. If your helmets do not have full face guards...take some wet wipes 'cause her dirty-face photos were hysterical:rotfl:

.....also....are you brining on any Rose Regale? I'm going to grab a bottle or two...if he's on the ship I have a contact to score some chocolate covered strawberries.....just sayin'....
