Ok this is a true statement. If you haven't gone out and seen the Muppets yet, forget about shoping and see this movie. It was way beyond great. I just saw it after I got off of work. I really can not think of one word to discribe it, it was that good.

A couple of years ago Macy was selling sailor Mickey if you made some donation to charity. I have him sitting in my computer area to remind me of the fun we will be having.
DCL has the schedule of special days for the Nassau cruise in July but they don't have ours yet.

I book our cruise, I join the Disboard discussions…I figure there is plenty of time…I payoff our cruise in full….then wait a month and go back to Disboards….and i miss out on two threads worth of info…Ugghh,,

Last time I was on was July so I guess I better get busy, can someone update me. I know back then my wife asked about lanyards and no one answered. I see there are shirts…what are the FE hand out ideas….???

Exciting news for Wilmington NC............Iron Man 3 will start filming in May through Jan. 2013 with the movie coming out Memorial Day 2013. They will be needing 1000 extras and we are already on file to work on this film !!! The 4 stars that I know of that will be in it are Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle. I haven't seen any of the other movies. I might be checking them out soon.

Are they filming the whole movie there are just parts....he is based out of LA I believe.....better check up with your "Iron Man" !!

The good news is that the second thread was not closed due to being long. So there isn't nearly as much to catch up on as it looks like.

As for the lanyards, page one of this thread as info about various things. There is a paragraph about the lanyards and who to send an email to.

I second this. We just saw it, and I laughed all the way through it, and so did my son. Very funny! I didnt find the songs as catchy as their first movie, who can forget lyrics like "Aurora Borealis shining down in Dallas, can you picture that!" or even "Send someone to fetch us we're in Saskatchewan" - but it was very funny, I laughed and laughed. It was touching at times also - like seeing the picture of Jim Henson with Kermit!

Well I did like the songs. The two things I think I liked the most was they re-created the Muppet Show opening and Kermit singing Rainbow conection. Overall it was a love song to Jim Henson and his wondeful creation and I hope Disney goes forward with other Muppets projects.

I am not worried about missing anything while gone. I will be on the Fantasy the week of Thanksgiving next year and I think that will effect me more. Most of movie will be filmed at Screen Gems Studios. They also might be filming around NC. I will only work at the studios as that is 2 hours away. I will be working at least 12 plus hour days so the drive is worth it. I read ALOT of states & even Canada were bidding for this movie. The tax breaks is what got Wilmington the winning bid. I just bought Iron Man so I will be watching it soon.

I third it. I saw it this morning, needed a break from the crowds at the mall. It was good and had some really funny lines. The kiddo's will enjoy it. I liked the Toy Story thingy just before the movie started. That was an extra surprise.

So now I have my pesky holiday to India behind me I can now concentrate on this trip as its next in the queue. I'm still dithering over accomodation for prior to the cruise, but will actually have to make a decision sooner or later...

Yes there is, for anyone interested, there is a sign up for this on the spreadsheet. It was a lot of fun on the WBTA so I thought it would be fun to do it again. I won't finalise this until everyone is PIL and we can then get final numbers.

Anyone have an idea of when Disney will release rooms? We purchased two rooms and are desperate to have adjoining rooms. We are paid in full and still, they have us on GTY status.

To determine the final price for the shirts, we need to know our count. Right now, we don't have enough to move to the lower pricing. Thanks, Jackie. I have my doubts about getting off the ship in MX. Can't say for sure what we'll be doing that day. Maybe do laundry and pack.
