I'm a little better this morning. Well enough to go into work. No more fever and I'm only going into coughing fits once every couple of hours instead of every 15 minutes.

Mark is the one sick now. He is still running a fever and will be staying home today.

I'm sooooooo tired!
Nick has tech week this week.
KT has rehearsal every night.

last night it was "drop nick off, take kt, eat dinner in the car, wait at kt's rehearsal until 7:30, go back to nick, finally leave there at 10! get home at 10:30, watch american idol, bed at midnight."

tonight is the same. sad thing is, tomorrow morning we need to be OUT THE DOOR by 8:00 am. then nick is at the theater until 12:30-ish, then back again at 5! I'm thinking we should just book a day room by the theater and take a nap between shows (save the hour of drive time!)

school schmool, i'm letting them sleep in as long as they need to today. wish i could have slept longer but i've got too much on my mind. woke up with my head spinning and couldn't go back to sleep.

kt starts tech week next week, but her rehearsals are only 5-8 so at least we'll get home at a decent time.

glad to hear you're feeling better. hope mark is on the mend soon.

I'm here! I subbed at my kid's school today for the office manager, from 7:30am until 4pm! Then, we went to Walmart to get more things since DS and DH are going camping with the boyscouts. It's actually a community service weekend, where the scouts are setting up for summer camp (in Emerald Bay, Jen!). They are leaving tomorrow afternoon and will be back Sunday evening!

DD is absolutely heartbroken! Her best friend is Japanese and her family is moving back to Japan. She was born in Japan, but they moved to the US when she was a baby due to her dad's job. Well, his job here in California is done, so they are moving back! My DD can't stop crying! It's breaking my heart. I told her that she can write to her, but of course that is not the same! I will miss Mio too, she is the cutest and most polite little girl and she looked like a little porcelain doll...so cute!

Gosh darn it...I just spilled my can of diet coke!!!

Hi,

I just noticed that I don't have an Avatar. I know that my dd13 was trying to change it for me the other day. I guess she didn't.

My dd13 has a soccer tournament today in Anaheim. Knowing my husband he'll probably take her to Downtown Disney to eat.

We had a good group in chat last night. Now that the chat rooms are back to normal I'll probably be in cruise chat on most Friday nights.

DH and DS are away for the weekend with the boy scouts, so it's just DD and I! We went to Chuck E Cheeses last night. Boy, will I ever be happy when she grows out of this stage, but there were older kids (12 or so) there, playing the video games, so it's not going to happen anytime soon. She doesn't want to go there a lot anyway, so I guess I can put up with it every once in a while. I took a few magazines to read, she had an individual pizza, I had the salad bar, and we were there for 3 hours! It wasn't too bad! We will be leaving shortly to go to the movies, we are going to go see Bridge to Teribithia! Hope it's not too sad!

I talked to DH this morning, they went over to the island in a little dingy boat, and a LOT of people got sick and threw up!! DS threw up at the very end. Poor thing! They even took dramamine! They'll be back Sunday! DH said it's a 2 1/2 hour boat ride! Hope DS won't get sick again!

It's gorgeous here today...in the 80's. DD and I have been outside all morning!
