APRIL 25,2012 5 night THE MAGIC KEY WEST CRUISE

:cool1: Hi every one , have a couple questions, Is there anyone taking a cruise before you cruise with us on 4/25/2012?
Why you ask .........Well this will be the first time in 5 years that my DW and I are not cruising in SEPT..........as time grows closer to next month I am feeling kind - of- empty. Last year,in Sept., we didn't get to dock [winds too strong] at C C and right there an then the wife and I said......no more Sept. cruises, but now I am starting to miss it. Oh well :sad2:
Second question , is there anyone with a verandah stateroom who would like to save...say over 3 hundred dollars??? Well I still see that there are 3 secret cat 7a nav. verandahs still there for the "ASKING", 2 on 7th deck[7120, 7620] and one on the 6th deck,[6134]......we are in the starboard side one. Just though I would give you the info. :thumbsup2
Did you know that our cruise for 4/25/2012 came from [by-way-of] a cancelled 4 day Sept 2011 DREAM cruise, by way of a cancelled 15 day 4/29/2012 Wonder cruise to Hawaii. That 15 day cruise,we felt it was not worth the price.....you get to see 4 Islands for a total time of 45 hours....not worth the money it cost. I do hope we all have a great Cruise next April...........DO I HAVE A SECOND on THAT! :worship:

Hi everyone! DH and I have never been on a Disney cruise but are considering on booking this one :) Does anyone know how the dining rotation will work? Which night is the pirate party? And which night is the "formal" or dress up night? Thanks for any info.

YOU DEFINITELY HAVE A SECOND HERE!! WHOOP WHOOP!!

I hear ya about thinking the cruise to Hawaii is kind of a rip off. Hawaii is beautiful and needs way more time to see it than 45 hours. That's where we honeymooned and hope to renew our vows in 2 years.

Sorry your feeling down about now cruising this September. We aren't taking any more vacations until our cruise in April just so we can pay for that vacation :thumbsup2,,unless you count the trip to Houston, Dallas, and Ft. Worth I have to take for cheer competitions. Ugh!

Thanks for the heads up about the rooms,,hopefully someone can take advantage of them!

We finally made it to PAGE 5!

:) HI W-G-D04 ,
Well if U and Dh never been.........Dear you have got to come, it's the GREATEST! As for the din-din rotation , the first three nights you will be dinning in different restaurants each night, then you will for the last two nights, you will repeat , which ones your guess is as good as mine, When we booked I asked the same question, and there anwser was: "that info will be on your KTTW card", [key to the world card =door key]. When you book ask then which night is P-nite and "dress-up" night and than let us all know. Oh! yes, I all most forgot to say the waiting servers [ cast members] will be yours for all 5 nights of your cruise , something only DLC does. :thumbsup2

Yes, DW and I want to go to Hawaii in a couple of years from now also.We want to wait till the "new" wears off at DVC Hawaii resort so you can book in over there. We are members at OKW resort. In fact in about 3.5 weeks we will be down there at our resort for 8 days. Our son lives just one and a half miles from WDW, he has lived down there for a year now........he loves it. He get's to ride his Harley any time he wants, last winter while it was minus 5 below up here in NW Indiana he would call an kid us " it's 75 today ,be going out for a bike ride"
Yes ! , BRIT, we have made it to page 5 , I just want to know where are all of the other cruise bunch ,and why they having joined in.

So pumped for this cruise! It will be myself and FI (DH by then!) We've been dying to go to Key West for years and what better way to go than on a Disney cruise! This will be our 4th cruise, but our first time on the Magic (2 on the Dream and 1 on the Wonder). Can;t wait!!

:cool1: Ok so we are booked and deposit paid!!! So excited - Our friends are coming with us so watch out Deck 2 we are a rowdy group! Never been on the Magic - twice on the Wonder. Ugh April is sooo far away .

Hi we have never cruised before and are super excited for this trip!!
princess:My name is Danielle-35
:)DH is Wes-36
:darth:DS is Tyler-10- loves video and computer games. Shyer than his sister.
:cheer2:DD is Mackenzie-6 (7 @ cruise time)- all star competition cheerleader, super friendly loves girly stuff.

My parents are also cruising with us- this is definitely not their first cruise but first time on Disney!!
I haven't decided on any excursions yet. I do enjoy reading everyones opinions on them though.

WELCOME RRTMOMMY!!

I had to laugh reading your post,,we also have a Tyler who will be 5 at time of sailing and loves video games but looks and acts like he's 6,(he's only 4 right now but is already 42 inches tall),we also have a Mackenzie who is an All Star Competitive Cheerleader. She cheers at Pinnacle Cheer out of San Antonio and is a L2 Youth and is a flyer,,it would be great to get them aquainted. Might I ask where your team cheers out of and what team? Its interesting when we do the Dallas Nationals how many teams are from all around the country. I have a feeling they will get along great!

As for excursions,,,I think we might jump off the Atlantis bandwagon and do the Blue Lagoon Dolphin Swim/Excursion plus beach day in Nassau,,but thinking for Key West we are going to leave the kids in the kids club and go enjoy Margaritaville just us adults! :cool1:

Welcome RRTMommy! We are also first time cruisers! Our son Malachi (age 10) would probably get along famously with your son Tyler! Malachi also loves video & computer games, but he's not shy at all! I'm sure he would love to hang out with someone his age while on board. We're still studying on excursions too. Malachi wants to do a dolphin swim @ some point, so I guess we'll try to work that in somewhere!

Hi everyone!

We just switched our onboard rebooking special from the Mexican Rivera to this one. We are booked in 2558 and it will just be my husband Jamie (36) and myself, Katie, (30) and this will be our second Disney Cruise. Our first cruise was just earlier this year for our honeymoon and we did the Western Caribbean that also stopped at Key West. We simply fell in love with cruising and can't wait for this cruise to arrive! Silly as it sounds, we also loved participating in the FE on the other cruise - even though we are adults, it was still a lot of fun to come back to our room and see what "goodies" were waiting for us!

I'm looking forward to the coming days and the countdown :cool1:

Welcome Katekins13 & hubby! I have you all added to my FE list too. Thanks for the PM!

We just found out about an obligation we have in April so we have to switch to the 4/20/12 cruise. Hope you all have a wonderful time!!

I am happy to say that my crazy life is finally going to let me get on my first cruise in April with all of you. Fifteen year anniversary in November and this cruise is a present to my DH and myself. Last year had a big dissappointment when we had to cancel our DREAM cruise due to unseen events.. We have to wait on my DH to get his vacations for 2012. I hope it all works out that April 25, 2012 I am on my first cruise.:dance3::dance3:

Welcome Cruiselady! We are celebrating our 14th anniversary in November as well! Hope everything works out for you to be able to cruise with us!
