APRIL 25,2012 5 night THE MAGIC KEY WEST CRUISE

The FE sounds like fun but not really enjoying the thought of packing a whole other bag for it. We will already have 5 suitcases, back packs for each kid, two carry on suitcases for beverages ,,so not sure if I can handle another bag!

Has anyone started thinking about excursions in Key West and Nassau? I think we are going to do the Trolley in Key West and Atlantis Resort in Nassau

Thats why we never do the FE.I think it should be for the kids only. And as for the luggage, last time we flew we where one lb. over weight.....not good.
On the western cruise in 09 we did the trolley around Key West, that was very interesting, I think will do it again.With a stop off @ MARGARITAVILLE.
As for Nassau..........we call it a "sea day" and stay on the ship.But you first timers by - all- means go and enjoy, Atlantis is a real nice excursion.The bus sight-seeing excursion around the town is also.So is the harbor sight-seeing cruise.

Haven't looked into Key West excursions yet, but at Nassau will probably do the Beach Day at Blue Lagoon. Had a great experience here doing the Dolphin Encounter earlier this month. We have also done the Junkanoo tour and had a blast on that one as well.

We haven't really looked into the Key West ones much either. I think we are going to do the Blue Lagoon Beach day @ Nassau as well. I know there's know way we can afford to do Atlantis after we've paid for the cruise!

It is very pricey,,but dh and dd are water slide fanatics and since we had originally budgeted for 2 excursions on the 7 day cruise,,I am still under budget! lol

I do have a suggestion,,since this is one of the last times that DCL will be going to Key West, I think it is only fitting that we have our Dis Meet at Margaritaville!!! ..just a suggestion!

We just booked our first cruise ever on this trip! We would like to do the FE if one is set up--I think the kids would love it.

As of this moment, we don't have an FE planned. I guess if enough people get interested in it, we might.

Maybe they are all doing their "summer thing" still. I went on by mistake ,the May 25 , 2012 , And Wow-wee , I said to my-self, we have 10 pages blog in already, but then got to looking ,I was on the wrong cruise blog......wish-full thinking....short lived.

ALLISON, where have you guys been? We have not heard from you guys since the 4th of July. We all thought you guys all got blown away.

We've been running crazy the last couple of weeks. DS had wrestling camp, then we went to the beach for vacation and now we're having vacation bible school @ church, so I haven't had much computer time.

I will start working on organizing a Fish Extender Exchange, so let me know if you are interested.

Hi there - we're first time cruisers from the UK and looking forward to cruising on board the Magic!

It'll be me Kim 27 and my DH Lee who will be turning 30 in Orlando a few days before we cruise.
