"We" are two different parties - my DSis and her family (The Millers) are driving from Washington state and will be staying at VGC 4/3-4/9 in a 1BR. Preedymtnwest (me and my family) will be flying to San Jose on 4/2, dropping the kids at my cousins while DH and I celebrate our 25th anniversary in Carmel (where we honeymooned). Then we'll drive the coast to Anaheim and arrive at VGC on 4/6 and stay in a 1BR until we fly out on 4/10.

Always love the mint juleps (even if they are virgin ) since DL is the only place to get them.

Yay! I can't wait! My family and I doing the Southern California Pass. 4/19 Universal Studios, Disneyland 4/20-22 (staying at HoJo's),Sandiego Zoo 4/23, Sea World 4/24 and maybe Legoland on 4/25. I know this is a lot to fit into 1 trip, just hoping I wont need a vacation from my vacation I'm tired of this cold yucky Utah weather. Cannot wait to be someplace warm

Hi all this will be DW and I 1st vist to Disneyland. We booked thur AAA this time it was cheaper then booking ourself. As we always do for WDW. I am wondering we are staying BW PP. Can we go in each morning of the early morning. DW has a Premier Pass I have a 7 day hopper pass.?We booked where we wanted to eat with no problems.

I forgot to make transportation resssies. Better start looking into that. We always use a car service because are family is so big, but I guess we can use just the plain old shuttle this time.

How exciting, your first visit! Be sure to stop by City Hall to get your 1sr Visit buttons As for Magic Morning, unfortunately in order to use each MM you would need to be a guest of one of the resort hotels (PPH, DLH, and GCH/GCV). I believe your Park Hopper will include 1 MM however the Premier Pass wont include one.

We will be traveling with a 2 1/2 year old who is excited about Disneyland. He goes to bed every night with his Toy Story shoes beside his bed, every morning he wakes up and puts them on and tells us he is going to Disneyland. Hard to relay to a little one he has to wait another week.

We'll be there April 1st - 5th (HI Express Garden Grove)

I'm new to this forum, going to try to catch up on everything for tips and such.

So far, we got the tickets, agreed we will let him nap, and we will take a shuttle from the hotel over parking. Other then that, we are up in the air.

Any must dos, tips, don't forgets, etc for the trip?

Both of us are excited to see it our selves but of course more so - to see the magic in the kids eye.

Add me in, and thanks! I'll be checking in solo with my service dog, Skye at VGCH on April 21st. Checking out on April 27th to do the 6-Night Disney Wonder cruise. I have several friends who'll be arriving a few days later than me, some at the Marriott and others also at VGCH. I'm so excited- haven't been to DL since my youngest was 7, and he's 24 now! I'd love to join in on a dis-meet if others are gathering somewhere.---Kathy

So happy to have found ths board and I've been lurking for quite some time! Myself, DH and our 2 DD's (7 and 1) are driving from Grande Prairie, AB to Disneyland - it's a 30-hour drive, so we hope to make it there by April 23rd, and stay until May 2nd or 3rd. We have reservations for the Desert Inn. I am so excited that I am already losing sleep, but am a little worried about driving that long with a 1-year-old. This will be our 4th trip to DL (but our first driving there) and we can't wait!!!!!
