Wow - we're complete Disney newbies, I'm planning my family's first trip!
Flights are booked for April 22-May 1, but I've yet to decide on where to stay. Seems like there are some great deals at Bonnet Creek, and I like the idea of saving a bit of $ by doing our own breakfasts/lunches....but if a good enough deal comes along, I'd love to stay on property.
Is the last week of April a good time to go?
How the heck do you all not loose it!! I'm so excited - we're keeping this a total surprise from the kids (will be 8 and 6) I don't know how I'm going to last another 8 months!!!
Hi everyone. Just got back from a 2 week trip - 1 week on DCL and 1 week at the world at the Boardwalk. Right before that my DD's recieved notice that they were invited to dance in Disney with the Dance troupe in April. We are DVC but with the dance you have to stay where they go and it will be at ALL Star Movies. We will be there from 4/16 - 4/25 with 70+ girls and their families.
We just love Disney and cannot wait to return. Already have the new count down going!!
Our chaos in planning has begun! Already changed it from All Stars and AKL to 6 nights at Caribbean Beach! LOL....ahhh planning a Disney trip is so much fun!
The airfares for SW come out on Oct 13th. We are keeping our fingers crossed that it won't be too high. RI will actually be having April vacation at the same time as MA.
Hopefully it won't be too crowded. We were there this April during Easter week and OMG there were so many people. But on the upside the weather was just beautiful especially after the winter we had here in New England.
Today I actually made the call to book!! April 16th-24th ALK pool view, with Dining plan and 4 day base tix!!!! Waiting now for a deal to apply to this package, if not..........we're still going I am anxious for Southwest to open up their schedule. If the parks are very crowded then at least we will have lots to do at the resort
