I have the universal app on my phone. I bought ticket for the HHN behind the screams tour. It shows that I have the ticket but it does not show me what time it day..Any ideas

Call Vip tours and they will help you

I booked the 6 house tour when it went live
I had to list my start time but I made my reservation by phone

There are morning and afternoon tours if you chose the 3 house day tour
