Ap Vs Pap Benefit ?'s

Since we are going to WDW twice in a 12 month period we are going to purchase Annual Passes. The question is which one.

I know that PAP offers the water parks, PI and DQ and the regular AP does not.

Are there any other differences between the two? And if so, specifically what are they?

As far as benefits beyond park admission go, they are virtually identical.
