O.K. My sister was told she can check in w/a voucher, and show the activated pass as they return from the park the next day. She does not have to go activate pass, come directly back and show it to hotel and then return to parks, just show it before midnight the next day.Hope this helps, and you guys were right on target! Now if I were only going with her!

We had the same problem but worse at the AK window. The guy tried to do it himself for about 15 minutes and then finally went and got someone else and she took another 15 minutes. We were 20 mins late for our PS at Breakfastourus. My understanding is the problem lies with the price increase. We bought all 4 of our vouchers before the price increase. When they go to scan them through the machine it gets very upset because the price you paid is different than the current price. For a few minutes there I thought the guy was going to ask me to pay the difference. Boy would I have been upset. Apparently, they have to go through a big process if the price has increased since you bought the vouchers. Almost would have been worth not saving the money.

Wow, I must be lucky, the last vouchers I purchased were before the price increase and they went through like a charm. They need "cheat sheets" at these windows with step by step instructions.

Thanks, Terry!

While it's reassuring to hear someone else had the same problem, it's even better to hear some sort of explanation. (Even if it is a pretty lame excuse!)

We acitivated our APs and my mom's AP at Epcot in the past 4 months or so, and have had no problems, other than a small wait in line.
