AP renewal question

Our current APs expire on Jan 1st 2010. We have upcoming trips Nov. (1st-10th AKV) We are also going for DD birthday in Feb (14th-21st CSR) . Is there any way to renew our pass and still take advantage of the 15 month offer. I should mention that we live in the northeast and I understand that you have to renew in person. Seeing how we won't be there within 30 days of our expiration is there any other course of action we can take? Thank you in advance :

You don't have to renew in person. You can renew by phone, mail or online. To get the 15 month deal, you have to order the renewal between 12/1/09 and 2/1/10, they will send you a voucher. Then take the vouchers to WDW in February to get the actual passes.

My pass expires 10/18/09, I just got a letter today regarding the 15 month renewal. It offered mail, online, phone or fax.

So is it safe to assume that applying the cost of our park passes in relation to our Feb. trip can't be applied?

I don't think so. You may want to ask over on the theme park board. Maybe you can get an AP rate for the room and not get passes.
