Hi! So my husband and I visited WDW in June for one week, and now we are thinking about a possible trip in nov. Is it possible for us to go back and get APs for the year? Has anyone done this before? If it's possible who would we need to talk to? Thanks for the help!

You can buy an AP whenever you want to, of course.

But it sounds like you want to apply the cost of the tickets from your June visit towards an AP now. You cannot do that now, since no ticket can be modified after 14 days of its first use.
