AP's are the same price whether purchased at TDS, from 407-WDISNEY, at Orlando Airport, at one of the Character Premiere or Character Warehouse outlet stores, or at the gate at WDW. They are $392.99 including tax - and you only pay the Florida tax, nothing else.

When I called I thought the number sounded high as well (my 2003 Birnbaum's listed prices at $369.94 including taxes). I asked the Disney store CM twice and she insisted that the $399 price was correct.
So, I went ahead and checked the WDW website and you're correct: $369 + $23.99tax= $392.99 total. Here's my question: shouldn't the price at my local Disney store be the same?
Thanks for the help! I was assuming that the APs had taken a rate increase!
Thank you for the info-I was asking so that I could get discounts on my hotel stay as there is never any codes for ASMo, but that is way too much to pay for a onetime trip. Thanks.
