AP discounts

My parents have APs and we will be going to WDW with them in May. We're only getting 5 or 6 day passes. Will we still be able to get the meal discounts if we at together?

We have APs and have been able to dine at the table restaurants at Epcot at lunchtime and share the discount with our friends. I can't remember exactly how many people can dine, but I think it is 6 or 8.

Most of the non-DDE AP dining discounts are for Passholder and three guests. Some are for Passholder only. Some are for Passhoilder and five guests. They are listed as such on the Pass sleeve and on the Passholder web site. Enforcement of this seems to vary by dining location.
