AP Bracelets Available for FP Concerts?

Does anyone know if the bracelets are being offered to AP holders again this year for the Flower Power Concerts?

Bump! This is the first time DW and I will be attending F&G and we have APs. Have these wristbands been available in the past? An AP Perk? I want in!

Okay, here what I heard from a friend that was there this past weekend. She thinks that the Flower Power Concerts Bracelets were only being given out to DVC members. She doesn't think that they were being given out to AP holders. She is only going by what she heard some people saying while waiting in line.

Can anyone verify that?
