Anyone try The Biggest Loser Workout DVD yet?

I got mine at Walmart- but did everyone else ahve to buy 2 dvd? One for the top half of your bdoy and the other for the bottom half??? Just a heads up! I wasn't expecting to have to buy 2!
 
I got mine at Wal-Mart. I only had to buy one DVD (I didn't even see a pack with 2 DVDs) and I think it was in the workout section at mine and was like $9.44.
 
I picked it up today at Walmart, but at my store it was in the new release section. Guess all the stores put it in different places. It was only 1 DVD though, I've never seen one with 2.
 
I was going to post the same question. As another posted mentioned, is the only exercise equipment that you need weights and a mat? What types of exercises are done? One poster nemtioned jumping jacks and stretching.
 

I just did the low intensity, and I can handle the jumping jacks, but the squats and lunges darn near killed me. Guess my heart is in better shape than my legs!
 
I DIDN't get the biggest loser dvd- it was the Biggest Winner DVD with Jillian! UGH!! That explains why I had to but 2 DVD's!!! Now I need to go and get the other one!!!

Oh man I know what you mean. Monday and Tuesday my legs were hurting so bad! They're not quite as bad today but man those lunges are killer.

Oh yeah, feeling them big time today!!!!!!!!!!! And my back is sore from punching!
 
Yowzers this morning I did the warm up and low intensity. I hate lunges I hate them I hate them I hate them. That said I couldn't keep up with that part.

Tonight DH and I did the high intensity and the bootcamp. It almost killed me but I am going to keep at it until I see a difference and keep going even then. It will be a nice program to add into my cross training.
 
Yeah!!!!!!!! I finally found it. I got it yesterday at Wal-Mart. I am already in pain... not a good thing... actually I guess it is a good thing. :teeth:
 
I did the WU, Low intensity :rotfl2: and cool down tonight. The jumping jacks really get your heart rate up quickly. My legs are sore by the end of them. The lunges aren't too bad for me, although I definately had sore legs when I did the tape last week. I think all the FIRM tapes I used to do helped with the lunges. My buns and legs did burn during the part at the end where he has you hold it. YOWZA! Great workout!
 
I just got this DVD and it is much harder than I expected. I am trying the 6 week plan.

Is anyone else doing the 6 week plan and if so, how is it going? Do you see a difference?
 
I have had the DVD for a couple weeks but I just started doing the 6 week plan this week... I hoping to see great results because I agree it is hard.
 
I'm so glad I saw this thread. I just saw the DVD at Sam's Club for $9 and change. I will have to get back and buy it. :yay:
 
Just ordered mine from walmart.com and can't wait till it comes so I can kick my exercise up a notch!! :goodvibes
