We stayed there for three nights back in March. It was definitely not the most deluxe of accommodations but it was clean enough and didn't kill us. I wouldn't want to make it a longer stay than that. It wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed in, but it was far from the best, either.
Our room was run down and a bit musty, but we saw no vermin or anything nasty like that. My trusty travel can of cucumber melon airfreshener that I travel with made it liveable. The beds were a little hard, if I am remembering correctly.
I have heard other people say that they had problems with the door locks though- ours was fine and locked securely, but definitely check that out and inspect the room thoroughly when you check in- I get the impression that some rooms are worse than others.
It was pretty convenient to the parks and near a big Publix and a Walgreens, which came in very handy for us- we were able to stock up on breakfast food, sodas, etc.
It wouldn't be my first choice for a return visit, but if I needed a cheap place for crash space for a night and the price was right, I'd stay again.
