Anyone recognize this design?

This photo is my kind of costume! This will be our first MNSSHP and we're excited, but can't really bring big elaborate costumes on our 24 hour drive to WDW.

If it's from here, does anyone know where I can find this design? Or would someone be brave enough to create one for us? Orange for a black shirt would be awesome.
