Anyone on Magic Eastern 9/20/03?

Okay...so let's see here...we could meet on deck 10 at the sailaway party...that's where I met my DIS group last year. Anyone have suggestions on how we will know each other? Something with lime green I'm guessing...

Deck 10 and the sail away party works for me.

We got our docs today. We are with the Pink Ribbon Cruise group and we were assigned late dinner seating. What seating did everyone else get?
My Home Depot did not have any lime green mickey heads left. I did get the swatches so maybe I will make one....

We got our documents yesterday!!!!! yea!!!! We are eating at the main seating.

Everyone's getting their docs? Dang it! We're in New York at the moment and won't get home until Tuesday! We have to wait taht long until we can see if we get our docs!!!!

We should have late seating and we won't find out about our room # until the day of departure...cast member thing!

As for the DISmeet my Home Depot is out of Green Mickeys!!! Last year I just told everyone what I looked like. Let's see...I have medium length hair (brown with plenty of honey highlights) I'll be with my mom and my aunt. Possibly our friend will be there. My mom has brown hair and at the moment my aunt has brown hair also, although she may get it done like mine. If it helps any, I will have a Disney name tag on. I'm 5'3 and weigh about 130lbs. I'll probably have my contacts on.

So that's how you can find me. If I could I would scan a pic. Oh, I'm a Sean Biggerstaff fanatic and if I can manage it I will have a shirt on with a pic of him (see below)

Our docs came on Friday and we also have early seating (needed it with a 4 year old). We'll try to meet up with everyone on deck 10, but we'll also be on the lookout at the Raddison on Friday night and waiting in line Saturday morning!

Got our docs Friday also! Deck 10 sounds good to me. I will be wearing the lime green Mickey with a pink ribbon attached. Also a Disney "honored guest" nametag. We are spending Friday night at the Sheraton Suites at the airport. See all of you on the 20th!

We (me and DH) will be on the 9/20/03 Magic cruise too! I finally got around to registering for this group and this is my first post. We've cruised before, but this is our first Disney cruise, so all the info I've found in this discussion group is appreciated!

I'd like to meet people at the sailway, would my Home Depot know what I was talking about if I asked them if they had Lime Green Mickeys?

There is a paint line that is DISNEY and they have color samples like other paint lines. The lime green one is actually called Alien Green. If your go to the paint department at Home Depot you should see all the sample cards. The Alien Grren (lime green) is rather obvious.

Thanks Figment52, now I see, its the Disney Paint line at Home Depot! I thought maybe they had little Mickey keychains or Mickey's on a neck cord I was supposed to be looking for.

DH just gave me a quizzical look when I just announced "I have to go to Home Depot's paint department tomorrow!"

I imagine he wondered why I'd be starting a home improvement project so close to cruise date.

I ordered DH's tuxedo on line today. Yippee. He has lost so much weight tht his suit doesn't fit, so we are going to rent him the classic black tuxedo package and it will be waiting in our stateroom on the 9/20/03 Magic. I even ordered him the shoes. Only 2 more weeks to go.

We have late seating too, which I wanted, I wonder which dining rotation we'll get? I'm trying to figure out if I want to get in the scramble for Palo dinner reservations or not.

I got my Alien Green paint chips and they are sitting on the pile-o-stuff I have set aside for the cruise. I have good intentions of making a nice pin out of them, but we'll see if that gets done or not!

DH and I will be on the Magic too! This is our first cruise and we will be celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary Sept. 26! On the cruise list I'm listed as Kim the Lurker.

We are very excited and have gotten tons of info. from reading this forum. Thank you everyone for wonderful advice and suggestions it has really helped make our planning so much easier!

I've gotten my lime green mickey's and cannot wait to meet other DIS'ers!
