If there's no babies in it, just fill it back in with dirt. We had a nest smack dab in the middle of our front lawn that our dog sniffed out. It was carefully camouflaged with grass the mother had gathered, so I never would've known it was there otherwise. There were still babies in it, but they grow SO FAST (they were gone in about a week) don't worry, they'll be gone in not time. We filled the hole back in, sprinkled some grass seed over it and it was like the hole and babies were never there. They were darling little critters, so the nest didn't bother me at all. Even our landscapers were enamored with them and made sure to work around the nest! We were all sad the day they were gone.
