Hi :)

Is there anyone interested for spending Christmas 2014 on Disney Cruise?

I have been thinking to take the Disney Cruise and I think spending Christmas on the cruise will be awesome with all Christmas decoration and Disney Characters. However, I don't want to go alone and it seems not any of my friends are interested for Disney Cruise. This is going to be my first experience on the Disney Cruise.

Thanks.

Which one have you been liking at? I've been looking at a few. Haven't pulled the trigger yet. I'm always down for meeting up if we are on the same cruise.

Hey Mulan, They are so many benefits about crusing solo that I wouldn't let that deter you from crusing alone. I've met so many wonderful people on the ships that have become great friends. Cruising solo might be better than sharing your stateroom with a stranger. FYI - I've been on eight solo cruises (six with Disney) with my seventh Disney Cruise this September. If you have any questions about cruising solo just asks.

I have a question lol. Is there ANY cruise that offers a singles rate? I really don't want to pay for double occupancy haha

Yes, they are some cruiselines that offer single supplement rates unfortunately Disney is not one of them (I wish they did). I would suggest you contact a Travel Agent or check some of the various cruiseline website for those particular offers.

Thank you very much for the response :)

My friend also told me that I shouldn't worry to travel alone on the Disney cruise because there are a lot of people who are going solo as well and there is a meet-up on the cruise for solo travellers. Maybe this is going to be my first experience on the cruise, I little bit worry although I travel alone a lot (but not on the cruise).

And if it's possible I don't want to pay for the single supplement rate and prefer to share with someone else. Although like you said, sharing with a stranger could be tricky. Meeting before the cruise could be handy :)

Actually I don't have any preference as long as I will be on the cruise on the Christmas Eve :) I was checking and the options could be Disney Wonder (Carribean) departing 21 Dec or Disney Dream (Bahamian) departing 22 Dec.

Do you have any preferences?

Hello Mulan1980 :cheer2:

I'd choose the Caribbean Itinerary on the Wonder leaving Miami on the 21st. :)

You get to see Mexico and Castaway Cay and have one more day aboard the ship, compared to the Bahamas Itinerary. And it's even cheaper :thumbsup2

The Wonder is a lovely ship to start your DCL addiction. :rolleyes1

Hi :)

Did you decide to go ahead with doing a Disney Cruise? I'd love to be on one Christmas Eve.

I would but too expensive for us. For that amount we could do a cruise off season and add a trip to Disney world in too.
