Anyone in December getting FP+ and MB

To the people that check in on or after 12/5 and have already received their bands (or at least tracking info): What colors did you choose? Trying to figure out if there's an issue with a specific color and that's what my issue is - still on "Your MagicBands are being customized and will ship soon" since Monday with Blue, Red, Pink.
we check In on the 6th and we got ours yesterday. We have each of those colors in our group of 7.
 
I received a shipment notice with a tracking number at 5:00 am and when I tracked it, it was scheduled to be delivered that morning before 10:30. I guess sometimes the notices are a little behind.

We check into CBR on Dec 1 and we got our MBs on Nov 5.

Checking in to All Star Movies on 12/6 and we got pink and green. Our MBs shipped two days after the deadline and I got them the same day as I got my tracking number, which was the day after the 'customize' window closed.
 
Another day, another wasted call. This CM claimed that they don't send them out until 2 weeks prior to check-in... :rotfl2:

When I told him that people checking in after me already received theirs, he had no answer.
 

Well I could see why he would say that. The snail mail and the email customize dates are different then the MDE date so maybe it depends on which date they are going by. I don't care when mine get here as long as it's before we leave and as long as I get them. lol.

Is your address a PO Box by any chance? If so, neither UPS nor FedEx can ship there and hence they must go out via USPS. And that process could take a lot longer..

Again, just a guess...

No, I have it sent to work which is a street address. However, the company name is one of the address lines. Wonder if that's throwing something off (or even if UPS picks it up as being a commercial address and that throws it off). Either way, I'm just getting annoyed at the lack of information/communication.

We received our bands yesterday for our December 5 trip. Our bands are red and pink.
 
I check in dec. 4 and our bands just arrived today. Oddly enough, my parents check in the sane day and they got their bands Tuesday via airmail. Mine went snail mail and took until this am. Not sure about colors, as both left Tennessee the same day, but mine had 6 bands and was heavier - likely cheaper not to send express.
 
I am told that in order to use your MB for your Dining Plan, you need a PIN. This is the first I'm hearing of this.

Where do I get the PIN? :confused3
 
Just got our MBs yesterday. Not very comfortable... but I'm sure I'll get used to it. 27 days and counting!!:thumbsup2

I'm not sure about the dining plan, but when I did online check-in there was a place to add your pin after your credit card info. You could change your primary card or choose not to do it at all.
 
We are having trouble linking annual passes to our accounts to fully participate in the program. A twenty minute phone call with them saying "yup, I got them linked they should show up soon" only to receive an email later that said there was a problem...same message I got trying to do it myself online. Argh. It looks like we will end up not being able to choose FP+ until we are there (if anything we want is still left) Trying to let go of my frustrations!

Oh and they don't send the MB's to Canada so we will have to pick them up at the desk.

Yep, I did put in a PIN for the CC info, but wasn't sure if we would use the same for the dining plan.
 
I made my reservation through dvc and to fix my issue on mde I need my dvc reservation unlinked and then relinked. I was told to call member services...has anyone had success with member services doing this for you? Also if they do this will my fastpass + be messed up after or will everything else stay the same? Thanks in advance

When you arrive at your resort you can set up your four digit pin number. Everytime you scan your band or use your KTTW card for the dining plan, you will need to enter your four digit pin. :goodvibes
