I guess two days off the program was not a good idea. It started with a buffalo chicken cheese steak and went downhill from there. Oh well, it's a new week. Hopefully I'll get rid of those 4.6 pounds, plus some. I really have to start exercising!

My name is Linda, and I have just started back on WW (yesterday) and thought I would join you. Like most of you, I have been successful on WW in the past, but gained back most of the weight
) My second goal is to have lost 20 lbs. prior to our trip to the World in June. Then I plan to set small goals after that. My BIGGIE goal is to be at 155 before I turn 40, which is in April of 2008.
I had lost 45 pounds, kept it off for several years, then...very slowly over the past 3 years I regained nearly 15 pounds. This is a very welcoming place - lots of encouragment and great support!!!!

You know, NOTHING looks good right now with my paste-y white legs
I've reached the point in my life where function out-ranks fashion 9 out of 10 times. What is going to fit you well, and you won't be completely self-concious in? That's the suit to choose. If all my *parts* are appropriately covered...well then, I'm good. They make so many styles of swimwear these days - and as a mother of teenage boys, I really do prefer to see suits with a bit more coverage...on EVERY female!!!
