Anyone hear of the new discounted annual pass?

Hello Friends!
Yesterday I was reading an article on the CNN website about the new prices for Disney tickets effective on March 28th. The article also mentioned that Disney was rolling out a new annual pass that could only be used on weekdays. (Almost seemed like this would be marketed towards us DVC members who are doing the Sunday through Thursday night stays!!) Anyone hear anything about this and have any information? Price, when available, etc..
