Anyone having trouble getting into my disney experience

Still cant see my pics on the photo pass page On hold, waiting to speak to a tech person.

Mine is completely empty. I have everything on my phone though - and I just did endless screenshots. Hope it's back up soon!

Well, y'all scared me. So I tried logging on the MDE on my computer and sure enough, it's asked me to change my password(which I HATE because I've had the same one since I opened the account a decade ago!) and now I'm stuck on a screen that says I need to make up security questions to answer, yet it won't let me make the selections. Why? Why now? :sad2: I guess I'll try it on my ipad.

Moved over to Chrome and got in with my new password which is good cause I need to make fast passes. My mom however could not log in at all and had to call.

Sorry if this has already been answered. But, what is there to call about?

Can a CM override this? Or, is a new password necessary for everyone? I HATE having to have a new password.

Same here web site is toast but I can see everything properly on my iPhone MDE app - I've got an "approved" password but I had to fill out security questions (which I hate because they're next to worthless and anybody with a decent google sense can search for alot of that data so I answer with an old password but they stupidly set it up so I have to give a UNIQUE answer to each question... blah blah blah...)

And then you DO all that and everything is empty. Yay.

[snark]But you get what you pay for...[/snark]

It still tells me I have to create a new password, then give me an error message. I can't even get to the security questions screen. My current password is 4 letters, I have had it for probably as long as there has been a Disney website.

Something to try...

On a hunch, I tried logging in with the user ID I had created for the Disney movie rewards site. Sure enough, it asked me to change the password. After I did, I went to MDE, et voila! EVERYTHING was there.

Somehow, the two wires got crossed and everything loaded under the other user id vice my email address.

I chalk it up to Experiment 627, aka "Glitch."

Update - Just tried with Chrome and seeing the same issue (no data) I've never logged in with chrome before so this isn't a cookie issue. My take is they've changed the authentication between the web-side and the server side and the two aren't talking now - So when MDE on the web asks for the RSVPs the server takes one look at the authentication value and goes "Go pound sand". The MDE, not wanting to appear stupid to the user, just says "I'm sorry, Dave... I'm afraid I can't do that" and then silently plots your murder... :)

My take is that if you can get in but aren't seeing anything just hold off until they've corrected the problem (probably when they push the update tonight)

(The iPhone app probably has the "right" authentication code to pass along to the server)

Huh... my username and password are the same on both sites - I tried logging in the rewards site, which worked, then tried logging back into the MDE but still nothing is showing up.

Here's hoping they wait until after 1 am Eastern Time to do that...

That seems to be when they do it - I booked a room around midnight last night on the MDE and didn't see any of these issues.

I am home now, with Firefox and this time it worked just fine. I changed the password, it accepted it, no security questions, and all my stuff is there.

I was finally able to log in at home--I was using Firefox on both computers. I did have to change my password and clear my cookies--no security question screen either. Now, if The Dolphin can get its act together so I can properly link that portion of our stay--life will be good. :confused3

I could log into Disney Movie Rewards with my old password. But it wants me to change my password for My Disney Experience. If I do that, won't I have 2 passwords?!

The CM sent an email that then she clicked on to reset the password. Otherwise she was just getting a can't login and to call message. She had to change it. It has to include more than just letters now, so numbers too. So maybe if you already have a mixed password you are fine, I don't know.

I just went to movie rewards and have to use my new password that I changed on MDE. For me it's all tied together. So, you would have just one.
