Still cant see my pics on the photo pass page On hold, waiting to speak to a tech person.
I guess I'll try it on my ipad.Moved over to Chrome and got in with my new password which is good cause I need to make fast passes. My mom however could not log in at all and had to call.
It only took the CM 10 mins to fix mine. She was very nice.

Something to try...
On a hunch, I tried logging in with the user ID I had created for the Disney movie rewards site. Sure enough, it asked me to change the password. After I did, I went to MDE, et voila! EVERYTHING was there.
Somehow, the two wires got crossed and everything loaded under the other user id vice my email address.
I chalk it up to Experiment 627, aka "Glitch."
Here's hoping they wait until after 1 am Eastern Time to do that...My take is that if you can get in but aren't seeing anything just hold off until they've corrected the problem (probably when they push the update tonight)

[snark]But you get what you pay for...[/snark]
I am home now, with Firefox and this time it worked just fine. I changed the password, it accepted it, no security questions, and all my stuff is there.

The CM sent an email that then she clicked on to reset the password. Otherwise she was just getting a can't login and to call message. She had to change it. It has to include more than just letters now, so numbers too. So maybe if you already have a mixed password you are fine, I don't know.Sorry if this has already been answered. But, what is there to call about?
Can a CM override this? Or, is a new password necessary for everyone? I HATE having to have a new password.
I just went to movie rewards and have to use my new password that I changed on MDE. For me it's all tied together. So, you would have just one.I could log into Disney Movie Rewards with my old password. But it wants me to change my password for My Disney Experience. If I do that, won't I have 2 passwords?!
