Anyone having trouble getting into my disney experience

Try calling 407 939 4357 .Press the key for password help. After several hours, they refreshed my account and got me in.
 
Same issues here--had to change my password, AGAIN. I was forced to change it several months ago during an "enhancement". So, I change the PW including the required numerals/characters, receive a message it cannot be saved and promptly logs me in anyway. I received two emails indicating the PW was changed. Unfortunately, that's where it ends--MDE is devoid of any reservations and provides the telephone number to call for problems. Good Grief! I truly do despise this system. . .:furious::sad2:
 
Tess, that is what happened to me. They refreshed the account and all is now perfect.

This is exactly how it looks for me in Chrome
Logged in with IE on same computer at the same time, everything is there and no weird message when signing in
 
I honestly do not think a phone call is needed unless you must do something right now.
It will allow you to log in and display everything accurately, at some point.
Unless you need to make an ADR change or book FP I would just wait
 
I'm logged in on the app with no problems. On the PC - everything is missing. Makes me nervous, since we have an upcoming trip.
Same here, I'm 29 days out and thankful that I screen shot all of my reservation numbers and times.
 
Welcome to Disney IT, the land that time forgot.
I'll never for the life of me understand why Disney suffers so in the IT Dept.
Other companies can manage complex IT Depts without these issues. Think what Amazon would be like if they had the same problems that Disney does. Most all major retailers manage day to day without messages that pop up that "someone at the page" or "sorry we had to duck out" when you click things. Or without it telling you that your password is wrong when you know it's not. These are all unique to Disney, at least unique for a company the size of Disney.

While it doesn't stop the frustration I have learned that I never worry when it "glitches" because it will correct itself. I know my account and my reservation is not gone.

As for today's glitch, it has been fine in IE. Chrome has not been working.
Well it doesn't like Safari either :(
I'm afraid to try it on my PC as it's running Edge, who knows what it will do!
 
I called technical support and they had to send me a link to reset my password. When I was finally able to log in, it kept trying to refresh, and showed my old trip information not my new trip. I'm comforted to know that I'm not alone. I knew I would find the answer here on this forum! Thanks everyone. I guess I'll just wait until this evening to try logging on again.
 
I'm not having trouble logging in because I have the app on my phone but every time I try making a dining reservation when I go to change the month it goes back to the month and date it is currently. Super weird.
 
I had to reset my password and then was able to log on. Everything is there and normal.
 
Am I reading that those of you who acquiesced to the demanded password change thereafter couldn't see your ADRs, reservations, FP+? Or still weren't able to log in despite the password change?
DVC worked for me, but MDE wants a new password and I'm rather afraid to do that based on what I'm reading. MDE sent me an email telling me to customize my magic bands, again. It also sent me an email with a postal tracking number for another set of MBs which the postal service said was invalid.
It seems there's some Disney issue on my 12/5 trip every other day lately w/ MB, DME and MDE.

I don't really need to access anything right now.....so will wait a bit.
Seems mine is too short.....same one I have always had.
Are they making them have to be longer now?

Moved over to Chrome and got in with my new password which is good cause I need to make fast passes. My mom however could not log in at all and had to call.

My old password is only 5 characters and has always been that
 
I reset my password to a longer one and could get in and all my info.....2 trips worth is there! :yay: That is 3 weeks of plans, so glad I don't have to deal with "finding" it all. Although I do keep a "hard copy"
 
Mine still is borked. DH's account is working so if I have to I can always just use his account to do FP+ tomorrow.
