Anyone having trouble getting into my disney experience

Finally got to reset my password and get on the site. Everything is gone. My profile, old and new tickets, APs, etc....... everything. It's like a new account with no links or data of any kind. On hold to MDE now. Wait time of 13 minutes.
The good news is they are not gone or lost, just not visable. Doesn't mean it's not a pita

20 minutes, had to validate my account, had to reset my password (for the 3rd time) and had the 500 server error. I had to clear my cookies, and I'm back. I know that the CMs have to be chipper and upbeat but just once I want a "real" response. We have been to WDW 6 times with bands and MDE and have experienced just about every glitch there is. I'm sure the CM's are tired of this, too. The super-sweet "we are sorry for the inconvenience" has grown old.

I know it's an IT problem, not a CM problem.

(P.S. I'm ticked that I had to clear my cookies. I rely on them for quick links and fill-ins but my choice was to wait to get on MDE eventually or do it while I had a CM on the line.)

Vent over. I really, honestly love Disney. IT...... not so much.

I have two weeks until I can make fast passes. Looks like I just might have to call that phone number.

I had to call and have them reset both MDE and DVC passwords...didn't let MS off phone until I checked everything was working and reservations and points were all there! Also had her remove old magic bands that I couldn't link new reservations to...Back in business!

I'm so glad to hear it's not just me! The cm's I've spoken with/e-mailed have said it's not a common problem, so I shared this link at their request! I went through hoops to get that password/login thing fixed. I lost all of my extended family who had been linked to my account:(. Now I've noticed that all but my ride photos are gone from Photopass. I was on the phone with a cm for over an hour last night. He said that my account is now so messed up that it is going to take four different departments to fix it! Some of our bands show up here, some there...all over the place. He said it would take about a week to fix, and we'd get an e-mail when all was good. Of course, we need to make our Christmas FP's at midnight on the 28th, so I'll have to worry until then! UGH! And this doesn't even deal with getting my extended family linked again (that was an effort the first time).

I am 10 days away from 60 days out and was able to get my MDX desktop problem fixed this morning by using the 407-939-4357 number and choosing the tech support option. I still have a problem with the phone app but I will be happy if the desktop holds steady until I can get checked in and choose fastpasses! She said the problem was with people having more than one account, as noted previously. We have booked 2 rooms with separate confirmation numbers so there are 2 accounts!

Ugh. Looks like I'm going to have to make a phone call. I hate talking to people on the phone. This is so obnoxious, and I know it's not because I have more than one account. Grrr.

I had problems and I didn't have more than one account either. :(

I was finally able to buy Memory Maker after trying for days. Then I tried to buy MVMCP tickets and got the same errors so I just bit the bullet and called and did it over the phone.

I called, they helped me reset my password. Get into to my profile which is missing information. I try to update it. Then it tells me sorry, we cannot process your registration at this time and kicks me out--X 10. So frustrating. I've had an account for at least two years....I'm not registering! This has been going on for 3 hours! Thankfully our trip is over and I'm just trying to buy photos.

This is really frustrating. I just tried to log on and it tells me it cannot find my account. I do the password reset, select my primary account (the one I have planned everything under) and now when I log in all my stuff is gone - no hotel, FP+, ADRs, tickets, etc.. We leave on Friday - I don't really have time to be dealing with Disney IT right now - cannot even call until tonight. What a mess!

I finally called again last night- after a few days without being able to get in. Got a really nice CM- she helped me reset my password and ta-dah I'm able to log in again. For me, I think it was a combination of having more than 1 account- from years ago- and not having a number in my password. I'm just glad I am able to get in to my account now!

So what number are y'all calling? I can't get in either and I want to make sure the $500 I applied to my reservation a few days ago is noted. This is really frustrating. Resetting passwords, asking for security questions when they don't ask the questions. How can they have such horrible technology!?

For those of you having trouble getting in to your MDE accounts, I had success this morning logging in using Firefox. I'm still having no luck using Internet Explorer and it's been a day and a half already.

I had some difficulty this evening, but it was resolved very quickly.

I logged into my account as per normal and was prompted to change my password. I did so, logged in, and discovered that all of my information (reservations, fastpasses, dining, etc) had vanished. It was a blank account. So, I called the number on the site (1-407-939-7771). I was immediately connected with a human being - no wait, no automated system! The nice cast member then asked me to log out. A moment later she asked me to log back in with my old password and follow the prompt to reset it. I did, and was logged into my proper account, with all my info right there.

Apparently, in an attempt to improve security by forcing us all to have more complicated passwords, some people's old abandoned accounts are being accidentally linked, instead of their current ones. The cast member says she's put a note in my file to have my old account deleted, so this kind of confusion doesn't happen again.

I'm not all that surprised, as that old account has caused me some problems in the past.

I am however, extremely pleased that fixing this issue took less than 10 minutes. I think that's a first for Disney! :)

I'm staying up late tonight to do our FP - already logged in to make sure everything was working - fingers crossed! It made me change my password a week or so ago - my computer has the old one stored and for some reason doesn't seem to realize it so I have to remember each time to change it - from reading everyone's posts above I know it could be much worse!!! Wish it was midnight so I could get this show on the road......

I'm trying to book a reservation. It tells me to select my party, which I did, then click next. The page says working and then goes back to the same page and I am unable to click Next again. I refresh and get the same results. I guess they don't want my upgraded reservation (from Pop to AKL) very much. :/

I've had that problem well before this latest issue. In my case I had to go to IE to check out (I use Chrome unless forced by a website to try something else).
IE had no problem completing the process.
I find a few things in MDE that won't work in Chrome.
For instance, I can't view any of the AP pages in Chrome. Works great in IE

Thank you. I use Chrome as well, will try IE.

ETA-It's not working in IE either. Same issue. I give up for now.

I managed to get into my account today. I requested a password change, but instead, I received a link which asked me which e-mail address they should mark as being my correct one. That got me in without a password change. I remember the last time that I traveled to WDW. There was a countdown until I could make my Fastpass selections. I don't see that this time. I know that my date is December the first, so I will just come back then. Anyway, once I got into my account, all my info was there, and it is all correct.
