Anyone having trouble getting into my disney experience

I had to call to have mine fixed. They have a prompt to reset your password. I talked to the IT guy, he sent a password reset to my email account and then waited to make sure I could get into my account. It only took a couple of minutes and I was able to use my old password, which was nice.

I only had to change the password for my husband's MDE account. I didn't have to call the IT team to do it.

I had been reading this thread for the past couple of days and I was worried since my trip is in a week. I have nothing to change in MDE right now, but obviously want it working correctly before I go. So, last night I went to log in, got prompted to change/update my password, held my breath, and lo and behold, it just took me right to my account and everything was showing perfectly (FP+, ADRs, etc.). Is it just those of you with more than 1 account with a Disney website that are having these issues?

I only have one account and it took me an hour on the phone with 2 different people, one IT, to fix it. The first person tried to reset my password 6 times, and I kept getting a red x when I tried to change it. The IT person said I had an international phone number connected to to the back end of my account. She cleared it, sent me a new password reset link, and it was fixed.
 
When I log in to MDE on the reservation page it only shows my hotel reservation and tickets but has nothing under dining and fast pass. However, when I look under "my itinerary" everything is there. Is anyone else having this issue?
 
argh! I couldn't see any of my reservations on the website earlier but the app works fine. Now the website won't even come up (500 error) in Chrome (the browser where I saved my password automatically). The website comes up in IE but I must be using the wrong password. I'm afraid to reset it and lose access to the app because I'm at 30 days for my offsite visit and need to book fast passes at midnight for the next three nights.

For those of you that have booked things using the app, has everything still been there once you got your access to the website reestablished? I'm thinking I should just use the app for the next few days to secure my fast passes then I can worry about my website access.
 
During all of this the last few days, I have been able to place 2 Disney Store orders. Kinda shows their priorities. Can't get into MDE but I can still buy stuff.
 
MDE was fighting me tonight.. but I managed to finally and luckily get a reservation made at Morimoto Asia for next Monday.
 
I was finally able to get in. When I got the log in error I clicked the "forgot password". It then said they couldn't check security questions and to click a link to have the reset emailed to me. I clicked that and then went through the email. I then was given a choice of 4 different accounts that have been somehow created for me over the past several years?? I chose my main one (only one I knew) as my primary and then was able to sign in and get into my account. Everything is fine for reservations and fast passes.

The exact same happened for me, i held off a few days hoping it would fix itself but eventually I went the I forgot my password route and got to chose "main" account (the only one I recognized) and everything was fine - I didn't even have to change my password.
 
I am so annoyed with the app and the website! I have been trying to make ADRs and FPs since Thursday. The app doesn't have my plans loaded onto it and the website is constantly going to a white screen. I sing the praises of Disney all the time but their website and app needs serious work. All the money they have and they can't fix this? Anyway, I input my reservation number into the app and it says it is already linked to another account. Yeah, mine! I did eventually get everything done on the website and it is all there but the app is still not working for me. So.annoyed.
 
I called and they fixed my account, though the website continues to be a bit of an issue. I keep getting an "Ate the page" message, booted out and having to sign back in or just a flat out error message. I have been able to secure the ADRs I wanted, but not without a struggle. At least I was able to book my stay before the problems began; I'm just having issues with the tweaking. (Although the errors and getting logged out issues did cost me a Dine with an Imagineer reservation - it took almost 11 minutes of wrestling with MDE and by then it was gone).
 
Stitch has eaten the page quite a few times for me over the past few days too. Last night I was trying to change one final (FINAL!!!) thing on my reservation, and MDE wouldn't let me go through check out. I assumed it was because it hates my Chromebook, but when I tried this morning it let me make the change and all is well. Hopefully I won't need it again until FastPass time and paying off the trip, both of which will happen in January.
 
I'm so glad you all have this thread! I felt like I was going crazy. At least all my reservations are in what I consider my master account. But I'm not sure why there is this second account that magically has the same password. Since I was able to figure it out myself (with your help) I gave up waiting on hold with Disney. Stitch continues to eat pages as I try to reserve dining, but seems to eventually work.
 
This is absolutely ABSURD. They spent a billion dollars on this?! A billion American dollars?? Or a billion post-WWI German marks??
Buy some stock and ask that question at the next stockholder meeting.

You're really going to want to call - The app, website and any other Disney owned website you may have had an account on all had unique IDs (even if you used the same login/password) and sometime last week they pushed out an update that "picked" one and made it the master account that had access to everything and all the others got locked out.

Once you call they'll set your app id (or your web id, whichever is giving you problems) to the correct id # which will solve the problem.
