Anyone have trouble viewing their Dollar reservation online?

I had made a couple of reservations with Dollar online as we weren't sure of the dates we would be traveling. I received the email confirmations back from Dollar. I was going to cancel one online and when I enter any of my reservations to view or cancel, it states that it could not find my reservation. Has anyone else had this problem?
 
Never had this problem, but I always call their 800 number before we go to be sure all is ok and that my ressie is in the FastLane program. I'd do the same quickly if I were you to confirm your information. An e-mail confirmation on a piece of paper won't help much if they're out of cars. They may be obligated to do something for you, but who needs the hassle with WDW awaiting you?
