Anyone have a patio conversion kit?

I know this is kind of specific but does anyone have a fifth wheel toy hauler with a conversion kit that converts the ramp to a patio/screen room?

We are considering a 38 footer with this feature and I'm wondering if it's feasible to use the patio room or if the sites would be too short at the Fort.

Napria, we posted in the Toy Hauler thread but we did consider buying our toy hauler with the patio conversion option. It came with that option but our RV dealer warned us that quite a few campgrounds don't have the space to let it be used. Honestly in Florida or hot climates, it is not practical because of the air conditioning loss. Unless you get the sliding glass doors at the rear of the unit when the ramp goes down, then you will lose a/c. But that adds a lot of weight and depending on what you are towing with, that could impact your toy hauler choice. Besides, we have used the ramp as a patio with wooden pillars as support underneath and put our chairs on it. Works just fine but we have only had one site that the view was worth doing it. Not really the space for it but the view. Honestly, how many campgrounds have you been to when the rear view was better than the front one? JMHO.
