Anyone Have A Hyundai Sante Fe?

I just test drove a Hyundai Sante Fe. I am considering buying one. If anyone owns one, I'd love to hear feedback on yours. Would you buy one again?

I have a red one!!! I got it at the end of August.

I test drove two of them. The red one went 1000x faster than the other one. I fell in love with it.

When DS was home for a visit, he borrowed it. I told him it's fast and I know that he thought "sure Mom.... ". Even he commented about it once he drove it.

It has all sorts of features, my favorite is the rearview mirror. It automatically adjusts to reduce the glare from the cars/trucks behind me.

I've driven in snow without any problem whatsoever.

Would I buy it again? (And did I mention it's RED ??) You betcha!!

We had one for about 2 months and had nothing but problems with it. First thing that happened was the wiper motor quit on it after 2 weeks of owning it. Then the rear dfroster was blowing fuses every time you turned it on. The list goes on but I will not bore you with it I will not buy another one or another Hyundai for that fact.

We bought one January last year. I love it. I like the way it handles. I would buy another one. It just me and the DH now, didnt need anything larger than that. My color is Merlot.....We driving to Florida next month and looking forward to the drive with it.

My brother and family have a blue one....... they've had it for over a year and love it!!!

I drive a 2002 black Santa Fe that we purchased in July 2002. I absolutely love it and plan on driving it until it dies. Then I'll buy another one. We've had no problems with ours. It has great standard features, and you can't beat the price.

I have one. I bought a blue one in January of 2003, and I love mine.
Although sometimes I wish I would have gotten the 6 cylinder instead of the 4.
But overall I'm pretty impressed with the truck.
I had an elantra before this and I like the Hyudai's. I've never had a problem with either one.

Love love love my Santa Fe! Ours is just a year old, and did I mention I love it? We did get the six cylinder, the four just seemed a bit too sluggish for highway driving. We also got all the options except for the moon roof and leather seats. The only thing I insisted on was the color- I wanted the blue. I love it so much I want to get another one in a year or two. We have only had minor issues which were corrected immediately- loose weather stripping around one door and the low fuel light would come on randomly. Both were fixed no problem and no charge. My SIL has had one for 4 years now with no problems.

Thanks for all the feedback! Now, I just need to decide whether to get leather or not. I'm thinking that leather in Florida may not be such a good idea. My Durango has leather and it gets really hot in the summer. Thanks again!
