I have been using this and let me tell you this stuff is the bomb!! I have thin, fine, wavy, color-treated hair and this stuff gives me that Jennifer Aniston hair. I use the oil and the cream. I don't really have a heat protectant so to speak, so maybe someone else can help you with that .

I have the blue chi (for all I know they all are) and my hairdresser purchased it for my husband as a gift to me, I could not have spent that much money. I LOVE it!!!

I just went to Bed, Bath and Beyond, they have merged with Harmon Beauty Supply and they had the CHI flat iron. If you have the 20% off coupon from there or a competitors coupon you can use it. They were selling the CHI for $129.99 before any discounts.

I too LOVE my CHI! I got it for $99 about 3 1/2yrs ago. It still works great and I just love it, so much better than the 2 "store" ones I had before that. I use Matrix Sleek Look sealing serum. I swear the one tiny bottle I have has lasted for like 2yrs now.

I have 2 Chi's and a Sedu. I had really hoped I would like the Sedu
as well as the Chi, since it is cheaper. The Sedu has a 2 year warranty vs. a 1 year warranty with the Chi.

However, I do not like my Sedu and never use it. If you have thin, short hair...you may like it as well. But my hair is long and thick. The Sedu pulls my hair when I use it. Also it seems to take longer to do my hair with the Sedu. The plates don't seem to hold as much hair as the Chi does. I will say that once my hair is done, the results with the Sedu are just as good as with the Chi.

The Sedu is great to have as a back-up.

I too am a CHI user and lover- I have had mine for about 5 months. Swear by it well worth the money and time. Makes me feel all warm and beautiful when my hair looks great and it doesn't take very long to do; I have naturally kinky curly hair. I use a smoothing cream and a heat protectant.

I am thinking about buying a Chi flat iron and I just wondered if anyone had one. Do you like it? Is it worth the money?

We love ours!! It's so worth the money.....
