Anyone gotten ME luggage tags for trips?

What number do we call to contact Magical Express to check on our tags?

What are their hours that we can call? I am on the west coast.

I read somewhere that they're open from 9am - 10pm EST. I'm not certain though. I just got off the phone with them 10 minutes ago (called at 7:30pm and was on hold for 20 minutes).

I'm leaving on May 16 and still haven't received my tags. The CM said we could give our claim tickets to the CMs at the airport or we could claim our bags and take them to the welcome centre.

Has anyone received their tags that will be leaving the week on May 21st? No tags for me yet, but I still have another week before I leave.

We are leaving 5/24 and we have yet to get our luggage tags. We are renting points from a DVC member, so the member that I'm renting from had to call DVC to get our names on the ME list. I called DVC today and was told that all my information for ME was in the computer. I even called ME and they told me the same thing. So, I'm hoping that we are good to go. I asked what if I didn't get the tags and the told me that same thing....take your luggage claim tickets to the welcome center and they will get the luggage, etc.

I'm just anxiously awaiting those tags!! I don't want to have to go through all the lack of tags round around!! I really don't mind waiting for the luggage at the resort...no biggie for us.
