Anyone gotten ME luggage tags for trips?

We received ours today and we leave Saturday morning! YEAH!

I booked DH's Sister and we did not receive hers. Maybe tomorrow! She is carrying her luggage on. I told her I thought it would be better! Only 1 person for 5 nights (not too much to pack!)

I feel better having the tags. The return information is incorrect because we check into BWV and move to BCV mid stay. I will have to clear that at BCV at the ME desk.

I figured I would wait until the end of the week to call my AAA agent to see if she has gotten the tags yet.

Hi,

Just adding to the good news...we received our luggage tags yesterday Fed Ex.
Two packages since there are six of us (I suppose the limit per booklet is 4)
Whew....now I can start packing! (we're leaving Saturday!)

Thanks for your post we, leave May 17th ans still haven't gotten our tags. I was told last week if they didn't come by May 11th or 12th then I should call back. Maybe mine are on their way too!!

Hey, I was one of the ones posting last week that DME couldn't get me into their system. Well yesterday when I came home I found two Fed Ex packages on my doorstep. Both had a DME booklets inside them. Everything (including my flight times and resort conf # are correct). I'm impressed. I leave early Friday morning. The only thing is, I am traveling solo and now have eight luggage tags ? Also what does the AK on the green Mickey ears on the luggage tags mean? Below that is a bar code, then POP-Classic, so I know it doesn't mean Animal Kingdom area. Any ideas?

My Mickey ears have the letters "DD" on them. We're staying at POR so I don't think that has anything to do with the resort.

Actually, it's probably the ME bus route identifier. DD=Downtown Disney.

If I remember correctly, the DME routes are broken into areas, one of them being the Animal Kingdom Area, which would include the value resorts, AKL, etc. The tags are in colors and have those identifiers on the ears, so the AK on there would represent the Animal Kingdom area bus route. (or so I have been told at least)

I leave on Friday and got my luggage tags today....The FedEX guys thinks I'm crazy...I went running outside when he stopped in front of my house. Then as I walked away I was shouting...GO DISNEY>>GO DISNEY...

This was posted by Tyler a few weeks ago, I'm not sure if they made any changes. POP is listed with EPCOT and my luggage tags have AK on them.

There will be 4 Zones:

Red Zone - Magic Kingdom
Contemporary, Polyneisian, Grand Floridian, Wilderness Lodge & Villas, Fort Wilderness

Blue Zone - Epcot
Beach Club & Villas, Yacht Club, Boardwalk Inn & Villas, Caribbean, Pop Century

Green Zone - Animal Kingdom
DAK Lodge, All Star Sports - Music -Movies, Coronado Springs

Black Zone - Downtown Disney
Port Orleans FQ & RS, Old Key West, Saratoga Springs

Also there will still be a maximum of only 4 stops for the guest. The buses are going to be dispatched on a "as needed" bases so if guests from more then 4 resorts in one zone arrive within a 30 minute window, 2 buses will simply be sent out to that zone.

I think I read somewhere that, for the DME at least, that they were grouping POP over with the other value resorts in AK since POP is fairly close to them and it kinda helps balance the number of resorts in each area. This way, there's 6 resorts in AK, MK, Epcot areas and 4 in DTD.

Make sense to me... but could, of course, be incorrect. However, I'm guessing since you have AK tags and staying at POP... that you will likely be on the AK DME bus.

*Still no tags for me. AAA never called me back either. I think I'll call again.

Just got my tags in REGULAR mail--they went to my Dreams Agent first. Only problem is there is no flight info listed, so I will have to call.

Just called ME...not too long a wait (got to listten to "Tiki Tiki Tiki Tiki Tiki Room") and spoke to a super nice CM named Rob. My flight info was already in the computer and correct, so I guess we are set.

I haven't received anything. I justed call ME everything was correct in the computer. She said I may or may not receive my tags before I leave.

We are leaving on Friday and still nothing yet, but I think that I'll wait another day to start stressing as I see that many others got theirs today...

We leave on the 21st also. I was starting to get a little nervous so I called DME today to make sure that our reservations were showing on their computers (they are). I was told the same thing that everyone else has heard, they had a problem printing the tags but are now catching up. We should get the luggage tags very soon but in the case that we don't, look for a CM at the airport.
Reading all of the recent posts in the last day or two, it's looking promising that we will all get our luggage tags on time, as long as our flight information is in their computer system.
